 Unveiling our newest Pinot Noir, Earthian. Each year, we selected a small parcel of fruit from our natural vineyard to make this special batch. Each year, we pushed winemaking boundary a bit more with this. All wines were wild fermented, unfined, unfiltered with no addition. Expect a full bodied pinot noir with dark fruit and warm spices. Definitely a pinot noir you never try before. A winter warmer and a must to try. Special price to commemorate the new release and spread the love.
First release is Earthian 2020. 21 months in 100% old French oak. Get your hands in one before they are gone.
2021 vintage was made with 50% wholebunch, 15 months in old French oak.
2022 was made with 100% wholebunch, 15 months in old French Oak.
