Unveiling our newest Pinot Noir, Earthian. Each year, we selected a small parcel of fruit from our natural vineyard to make this special batch. Each year, we pushed winemaking boundary a bit more with this. All wines were wild fermented, unfined, unfiltered with no addition. Expect a full bodied pinot noir with dark fruit and warm spices. Definitely a pinot noir you never try before. A winter warmer and a must to try.
2022 was made with 100% whole bunch cluster, wild fermented, 16 months in old French Oak, bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Aromas of red rose pedals, tart red cherries, and bright pomegranate, stemmy spices, clove, and earthy. Fresh red berry flavours up front, transitioning into a savory, stem-derived herbal complexity and subtle white pepper, woven with juicy and refreshing acidity.
