Off the living room is the library/ family room where you can read a book, work up your new business plan, or simply a family gathering place to watch a movie. We have book and DVD library as well as Netflix. The library, featuring Tasmanian Oak built in cabinet and wall cladding, boasts spectacular view of water, bay, city afar on 1 side and the pool on the other side.

The bedroom 

Three luxurious bedrooms (2 king beds and 1 queen bed). Each bedroom is connected to its own ensuite bathroom. ​

Dining and kitchen 

Opening to the other side of the living room is the dining room and kitchen with floor to ceiling windows, Huon pine ceiling cladding, beautiful view over the water, back patio, and garden. The spacious modern kitchen features rare Tasmanian Huon pine with top of the line appliances including induction 4 burner cook top, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, and a stock pantry.
